The ROTAMAT® RoK4 pumping station screen is a proven, proprietary piece of equipment with over 1,200 installations in municipal wastewater systems and industrial applications around the world. The RoK4® accomplishes the removal of solids and sludge from wastewater that would otherwise impede or reduce the transfer of thermal energy. To accommodate wastewater flows, Wetwell sizes and depths, and thermal energy needs specific to any project, the ROTAMAT® RoK4 is produced in various sizes. Besides facilitating wastewater handling at the sewer level, it also allows us to access sewers buried deep below the surface (as demonstrated in the Toronto Western Hospital project).

Maintenance of the ROTAMAT® RoK4 is made easier by the self-cleaning, rotating scrubbers that keep the perforated screen clean. The scrubbers are easily but infrequently replaced (every several years) so accessing the Wetwell is rarely required.
